CIM Mortgage Trust Announces Origination of $68 Million Loan for Miami Portfolio

CIM Mortgage Trust , a direct lender that originates commercial real estate loans for projects in urban communities throughout the U.S., announced today that it has originated and placed a $68 million loan to fund the acquisition and repositioning of four properties located in Miami, Florida.
